This policy explains what information Do-It, be insured collects on doitinsurance.com, what we do with it and what choices you have. We wrote it in plain words on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at info@daily-marketing.de.

1. Who we are

Do-It, be insured is not an insurance company and not an insurance agent. We explain the different kinds of life insurance and pass your request to one licensed insurance agent. This website is operated by:

2. What we collect

What you tell us in the quiz

Your answers to the quiz questions, for example who the coverage is for, an age range, the coverage amount you have in mind, your state, whether you use tobacco and a rough answer about your health
Your first and last name, email address and phone number
Your consent to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it and the wording you agreed to

What is recorded automatically

With your request we record the date and time, the page you used, your IP address and your browser type. If you came to us through an advertisement, we also record the campaign details that are part of the link you clicked. Our server also keeps short technical logs to run the website safely.

Cookies and advertising

We do not use analytics cookies. When you start or finish the quiz, we may tell the advertising platform that sent you (for example Meta) that this happened, so it can measure the advertisement. We never send your quiz answers, your health answers or your contact details to an advertising platform for this.

4. Who receives your information

One licensed insurance agent. When you finish the quiz and agree to be contacted, we pass your answers and contact details to one licensed insurance agent or agency. That agent may call, text or email you about life insurance. We do not pass the same request to a list of callers. The agent pays us for the request. The agent uses your information under their own privacy policy, which they can give you on the first call.

Service providers. A hosting provider runs this website and stores the requests. An email provider and a workflow tool deliver the requests. They work only on our instructions.

When the law requires it. For example in response to a valid court order.

5. Your choices

Stop calls, texts and emails

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Tell the agent on the phone, reply STOP to a text, or write to info@daily-marketing.de. Giving consent was never a condition of buying anything.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Because an agent pays us for a request, passing it on may count as a “sale” under the privacy laws of California and some other states. You can tell us not to pass on your information. Write to info@daily-marketing.de with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address or phone number you used. We will not pass on any request from you after that. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as the same request.

See, correct or delete your information

You can ask us which information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address above. We will not treat you differently because you asked. Depending on your state, you may also appeal our answer by writing to us again.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your request and your consent record for as long as we need them to deliver your request and to show that you agreed to be contacted. That is usually up to five years, because consent records may be needed later. We then delete them.

7. Where your information is processed

Our company is located in Germany, so your information is processed in Germany and in the United States. If the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your request based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our technical logs based on our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You then also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

8. Security

This website uses an encrypted connection. Only the people who need requests for their work can see them. No method of sending or storing data is completely safe, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Children

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or older to fill out the quiz. A parent or legal guardian may ask about coverage for a child. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Requests you sent before a change are handled under the policy that applied when you sent them.
