Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Some of our quiz questions are about your health and tobacco use. Washington, Nevada and some other states protect this kind of information with extra rules. This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it and what you can do. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

Health information we collect

Whether you used tobacco or nicotine in the last 12 months
A rough answer about your health, for example whether you had major health issues in the last two years

We collect it directly from you in the quiz. We do not buy health information from others and we do not use your location to find out whether you visit health care places.

Why we collect it

So that one licensed insurance agent can see which life insurance plans may fit you and call you about them. We do not use it for anything else.

Who receives it

One licensed insurance agency that pays us for your request. In Washington and Nevada we only pass on your health answers if you signed our authorization in the quiz. If you did not sign, we do not ask health questions at all.
Service providers who run our website, store requests and send emails, only on our instructions.

Your rights

Ask whether we hold health information about you, get a copy and a list of everyone we shared or sold it to
Withdraw your consent or revoke your authorization at any time
Ask us to delete your health information. We also tell the agency and our service providers to delete it.
Appeal our answer if we turn down your request

To use these rights, write to info@daily-marketing.de with the subject “Consumer health data request” and the email address or phone number you used. We answer within 45 days. If we turn down your request, write to us again with the subject “Appeal”. We answer an appeal within 45 days and tell you how to contact your state attorney general.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. We ask for your consent again before we use your health information in a new way.
